LOCATION: Wellington, Somerset

HOURLY RATE: £14.00 - £14.50 (DOE)

HOURS: Monday - Friday, 9am till 5pm

Are you an experienced Sales Administrator looking for your next opportunity? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where high levels of customer care and accuracy are essential?

We're are supporting a well-established global manufacturer based in Wellington to recruit a well-organised and driven Sales Administrator for an immediate start. Joining a close knit, friendly and supportive team, you'll cover a variety of administrative duties to ensure smooth running of the department.

This assignment is expected to last 2-3 months however for the right candidate it may become permanent.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing quotes and sales documentation.
Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely delivery by coordinating with relevant departments.
Manage customer enquiries, resolve issues, and maintain strong client relationships.
Maintain and update CRM systems and customer records, ensuring data accuracy.
Managing marketplace accounts (Amazon, eBay etc)
Managing and updating online product listings.
Uploading product descriptions, images, pricing, and specifications
Liaise with internal teams such as finance, operations, and marketing to support sales activities and business objectives

KEY SKILLS:

Strong administrative skills
IT literate with good knowledge of all MS Office packages
Excellent customer care skills
Confident and professional telephone manner
High attention to detail
